No response on cancellation

For days now I have been requesting to cancel my rain. I received an email that said I will be contacted within 24 hours, this was on the 26 th and I still have not received any communication. We have requested several cancellation and still no response. We have swit he'd to a different Internet provider and now I'm sitting with 2 bills because Rain is not responding to my cancellation request.

I have still not been contacted. I have now received messages on my payment that didn't go through. I will not pay until I have been contacted or my account cancelled. I can receive messages for payment but not to cancel my account.
