No response , no contact and no service !!!!!!

No response , no way to contact and their self proclaimed 1 hour response time has flow by with a lovely whoooosh sound. I can't even get past RICA to test their service.

If I don't get a response in minutes I'm asking for a full refund and will go back to Telkom whom at this stage look like service quality guru's compared to Rain.

3 hours - still waiting. If you can't do it in 1 like you claim, change your promise. If you say you will do it in an hour - do it in an HOUR !!!!!!
