No Response from Rain . Poor network complaint and Refund required

I have had the rain sim for 5 days and the network was very bad . Requested assistance and no one responded. Cancelled the card and have logged numerous support calls and not even one response yet since June . They also need to refund me as the payment was for the whole month . Cannot reach them telephonically and no one responds. No one . Need them to contact me ***
