No response from Rain

Once again i am struggling with Rain, whom has handed me over to Nudebt for a balance outstanding and this after the arrangement in black and white was that if i return the router they clear my balance. Even with returning the router it was an issue. Now i am struggling to get my name cleared after numerous queries logged. I am not receiving any response from both parties. It would not need to go this far if both parties (Rain & Nudebt) just communicate and resolve this matter.
