No response from Rain
I habe been trying to get a call back from Rain after submitting tickets ,but no response for days on end. Mu router they provided is giving issues. Will someone please call me back or send a technician?My latest ticket was submitted yesterday after trying numerous before.

02 Nov 2023, 19:12I am truly not having any joy with this service provider ignoring their customers. VEry unproffessional if I may say so myself. If they had a walk in store to fix issues ,i woild have never come on this platform to air this but i really dont know . If fibre was available in my area ,I would have changed long time ago . I have called Rain offices as well today ,but all I got is my R40 airtime gone and did not even have yhe oppurtunity to talk to a customer server.

I think Ill give anothe isp a go of you guus domt care about your clients. I mean . I have logged at least 6 tickets and nobody gets back to me with a call . When I call to you then ,i lose my airtime and I get an answering machine saying you have technical issues.

08 Nov 2023, 18:20Good evening . Thank you for the advise and have taken uo what you said regarding the towers. I woukd still like a technician to come look at the router as we have to restart it everyday a few times because it loses the wifi signal
