No response from Customer Service

I ordered my sim card in Nov - got it over a week and a half later than quoted (but that is on the courier company), but no response from Rain customer service back then. I have had the sim for a few days - it doesn't work in any devices - I was messaged that I would get set up info - a few days down the line, I'm still waiting for any info. Emailed CS again - and still no response. I am paying for a product that I haven't even been able to use!
