No response for more that 48hr...

It amazing how there is no contact number to reach out for help and only email which is useless un this regard because there are no concrete response except that "thanks for you request and you will get back to me within 24hrs, its amazing because its over 48hours with no assistance. Quick to request upfront payment but no assistance with activation of sim in order for it to be in use.

I specifically asked how do I activate my new som on my account because I lost my previous and I was told to just pay and everything will be reactivated but nothing till now even when I sent the sim credentials for activation because if I attempt to do it myself it wants me to make another payment. Please help me understand what is going on and need this working because I'm working from home and im currently using another service provider at the moment where I'm using more money of which I wouldn't be if my rain was working.

Please advise way forward or return my money and I continue using the current service provider that is actually serving me.
