No response for internet connection

I have been calling for the past 3 days to notify Rain that my internet connection has been down. Initially I was told the issue is that the 5G tower I'm connected to is down. Then I was told I'll be moved to another tower near my area. I don't know how many times I've been told to wait 30 minutes and reboot my router. Rain is very quick to debit your account but very slow to fix any issues relating to internet connection.

Everyone keeps saying sorry but nothing gets fixed.

The service is terrible!!!!
