No response
No response, my issue was escalated to the networks department on the 17 June till today no one has bothered to try and connect me or even make contact to see what the issue is, dealing with Rain is a nightmare especially with such poor service i am the one who keeps calling asking the consultants to escalate nothing is being done on your side and this is affecting my work

20 Jun 2022, 13:36Its not about crediting my account its about taking responsibility and informing your customers of the prior about issues you have on the towers so that we can make prior arrangements I am dependent on your company for connectivity and apologies are not helping me rite now, the issue with this tower should have been resolved on the 1st 72 hours that went by without communication and i have to constantly follow-up because you don't give 3 cents of the frustration i have endured due to poor service on your end

21 Jun 2022, 08:35 Hi Veliswa Thanks for reaching out to us. Please note your area (nearly all of Khayelitsha) is experiencing a 5G outage. This has been happening since the 8th of June and our technicians as well as all the relevant upstream technicians have attended already and tried to assist in restoring. We are unfortunately still awaiting feedback and do not have an ETR. To compensate for this I have given your account a credit to the value of _R133,06 _ for the days lost. Again. apologies for the inconvenience incurred. Warmest Regards
Please advise how you got to the amount I'm credited for because i still don't have connection, I also want to know how are you calculating the number of days i had no connection because for your company to deduct over R300 from my account when i still don't have connection is day light *******, I need an answer, It would make sense if you deducted the R133.06 from my accounts instead of such a hefty amount when i still don't have connection

21 Jun 2022, 09:19According my knowledge that's how it is suppose to be, you cannot pass a credit without seeing as to when the network was reinstalled but it seems all your company is after is getting the money for no service at all, don't get me wrong i don't mind paying but i want a proper procedure to be followed before passing a credit this is outrageous, i will only pay once my connection is reinstated
