No replies on support
Trying to get in contact with rain regarding several issues. They have stopped replying to any contact attempts made by me. This includes calling (they promise to call me back, but nothing), mails, support request on their website. If you choose to not trust the several other bad reviews on this site and get their product, hope you never have to get support as they are vvery bad at replying.

20 Jan 2022, 15:30The device was still on and I was away on holiday. It is not my responsibility if data was used after you were supposed to cancel it. I am asuming you have the ability to cancel a sim if people are not paying? So instead of cancelling it as I asked, you kept it active and charged me for your mistake. So once again, I asked for it to be cancelled 25 December, you did not cancel it and then charged me for the extra week that it took you took to cancel it. This is why the refund is due.
