No refund since 25th October 2025

Rain doesn't deserve even 1 star. I've been chasing my refund since the 25th of October. I've been calling, sending messages every single day. Still there's no money. I am done with rain. I'm so disgusted with their horrible service.

That's what I was told 2 weeks ago. Rain is the worst. When I Cancel my contract it will also be a huge problem. Incompetence is on another level.
