No Refund or response for months

I cancelled my contract in February, they continued to bill me until May. I wrote a review here lambasting them for their service and they promptly responded saying they will fix it.

It has been over a month and I have not heard another word from them. Honestly save yourself the pain of dealing with a service provider like this. Its literally theft!
