No refund or customer service

Signed up to rain. Got less than 1mbps on the first day. I then cancelled and was told the remainder of my monthly amount will be refunded end of September. Well now I'm still waiting. Their support center is non existent, I only get automated responses and there seems to be no contact number. Worst experience ever.
