NO REFUND FROM RAIN AFTER PROMISING SOON

I was using a Rain Wi-Fi for sometime. On the 06th of April 2024 I called Rain to cancel the contract as at 01 May 2024. This then meant that they were not suppose to deduct my account as at 01 May. They gave me reference number ***3. To my surprise on the 01 May they went and deducted the money. I called them on the very same day and they gave me the following reference numbers. ***6 because this call was cut off. Called the second time with reference no ***7 asking for the refund and they promise to refund soon. Today as I write is the 03th of May they haven't refunded my money. I don't know what soon means according to them. Why did the eve have to deduct when I gave them such ample time of notice.

I'm just not happy with about. If anyone at Rain can please get back to me soon.
