No Refund - Charge 5 Times in One Day!

They charged my card five times in one day! What level of incompetence is this? When I previously had an issue and went through support yhey did not process my refund for two weeks until I wrote a complaint. Their billing system and customer service is absolutely ridiculous!

I disputed 4 additional charged and only got refunded for 2. I would like this rectified. Ensure the remaining 2 refunds are initiated.

Making thos many mistakes is simply unacceptable!

Are you going to pay the remaining two refunds? Please confirm once they have been initiated as you overcharged four payments and I have only received two refunds. I am awaiting the two remaining refunds.
