No refund after excessive time without service

So after much drama I got a mail essentially telling me to rather cancel my service and get a refund. That turns out to be the next new drama getting a refund for the time I was off line I was told the best that can be done is they won't debit my account again.... What about all the time I have been without internet what about all the money lost in working hours and the vodacom data I had to purchase in order to supplement your inability to provide.
