No refund after a month

Good day

I ordered a Rain Sim with router about a month ago. In my first week I was told that I have to move to another country, therefore my Rain device will no longer work. The morning of my 7th day I cancelled my account with Rain.

It has been 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive their discount as per their 7 day money back statement. The sim has been deactivated but no one has contacted me to come and pick up the device.
