no refund

I'm very disappointed with how Rain treats its customers, they don't practice TCF at all, they deducted 3000,00 on my account and taking forever to refund me, worst i must call them for an updated about my query they don't they don't really care so long they have money, they're ****mers and not sufficient, they sell no lies its disgusting how they treat me. They're not as transparent as they claim. Useless i tell you! I asked for refund since friday but no aa they escalate all the time and tell different stories
