No reception for 2 weeks now

I have spoken to customer care 6 times now, every time they say that they are refreshing my connection and I should hard reset my router, nothing happened.. last time I spoke to a consultant he said that he will escalate my issue to another department and they will be in contact with me shortly, it's been 24hours and still no one has called me.. it's been more than a week now and absolutely nothing has been done.. I'm gatvol now.
