No Rebate For Days Of Downtime On Rain Network

Rains network has been down in Durban as we have had no internet for 6 days this month. I asked for a rebate for these days as the downtime is not my fault. They responded and said that they dont do rebates. Why should i pay for a service that I am not getting? Pathetic! Goodbye.
