No Rain support
I have had no internet for 48 hours and since they do not work on the weekends I need to wait until at least monday for support of I get any I have called 4 times but after the call centre does their standard list “I have to wait for network support to call me”. (2-24 hours wait they say) They do not release that number and it has been 48 hours since I called and 60 hours since signal went down. Shocking service and teady to cancel

I went home at lunch time today to implement your instructions.
1) I switched off the device for 10 min
2) Removed the SIM card
This gave me 2 min of internet access (as I have outlined has been the case previously) until the light goes out. In these 2 minutes I have 75 and above signal strength on my tests.
3) Although, as I have also outlined above, I have reset the modem many times, I did this again but with no results. The 5G light does not come on.
When I log in to wifi it says "Registration failed"
When I log into the router it says Internet disconnected and so I can not "optimise l;ocation"
I have a double story house. I climbed up on to the roof on Sunday and I can see the Newlands station Rain tower (the kenilworth one is closer but i do not have line of sight to that one.) . It still did not work from the top of my roof. I have line of site to the Rondebosch tower too, but that is further away.
Where it has been the past year on the second story of the house was the optimised location, and I put in brackets so it has been fixed in place and it stopped working suddenly on Wednesday. So absolutely nothing has changed my side. Either the modem is bust or something has changed with your tower as I have reset the modem, taking out the sim card etc so many times I am not sure what is left.
