No Rain signal at home all of a sudden

Worst customer service experience off all. Got my sim in March 2020 during lockdown. Got Rica and activation sorted on their side. All was good besides the slow network but that’s alright I’m not fussy about that. August came and I had an issue this one Friday afternoon soon as I got home I lost the signal. Whole weekend I couldn’t find signal at home even if I went and stood near the tower closest to my house still no signal. I thought my card was broken so on Monday I requested a sim swap and they had it delivered ASAP at work (2day) and hour later after delivery I was back online. Fast forward I knocked of work and got home and lost signal again and I realized that the issue is with the tower near my house. I just can’t seem to connect to it anymore other cell towers connect perfectly but not the one closest to my house. I notified them via Twitter dm because they not reachable via customer service number. I was told their having issues with their towers and technicians are deployed to fix them a week went by and still no signal when I’m home. Got a reply again saying the tower is working fine I need to check my APN settings on my modem. Those are absolutely fine by the way because I can use it in other places far from home. I was also told that on their system I appear as deregistered which makes me wonder how am I able to use it again when I’m in other places ? So I’ve been waiting for a call for 3 WEEKS now from one of the agents when I get home so they can diagnose this issue. I Wonder if I’ll ever receive this call
