No rain service
Hi please get this sorted out ASAP. We have no towers in Mondeor area JHB SOUTH from yesterday 2pm. When we call they say all surrounding towers are down. We need to work!!! unacceptable please can someone find a way to sort it out.

Nothing is sorted out!!!
I want a manager of rain to contact me urgently it's 3 days now and my internet is not working I feel like all I'm doing is repeating myself.no body can fix it and your technical department need how many days God only knows.We use the internet for our work which is livelihood this truly unacceptable.
Can I please get an answer as to when my internet is going to work and will you be crediting me for this ?I want an answer can some one please call on ***.I am also going to hello Peter this.
