No rain no internet

Absolutely terrible. One cannot phone them due to COVID no support. We can only log a complain online but how do you do that when the internet doesnt work. Rain knows their internet is bad that is why they dont even bother to set people up to support from home. Will not recommend the isp to anyone. Manage to log a fault online and havent had any response in 2 weeks
