NO RAIN NO
I was told that the R1 subscription for a free month kicked in after i made full payment of R 630 end November, which means my credit is suppose to be R 630 which will be allocated for January. Now you tell me I must pay R 300 more in order to get the network not disconnected. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE.

03 Jan 2023, 10:56Okay, I understand but we never received the R1 before we paid for the month. We received the R1 activation after we paid the full month. This means that full months money must be credited, and then now taken for January. December was the free month.

03 Jan 2023, 10:57We subscribed. Paid end of NOVEMBER for a full month, which was supposed to be R 1. Then was told that the whole ammount paid will be credited, only a partial was credited. What happened to the extra credit as R 1 is for the first month??

03 Jan 2023, 11:44How is that possible. If i were suppose to pay R 1 but paid R 634.80, then the credit should be 633.80 which is then used for the end of DECEMBER. So how can be be overdue then. It does not make sense.
