No Rain network for 2 weeks
Despite numerous requests to Rain during the last 10 days, regarding no network in Umkomaas, I did not receive any support. This has a huge impact on my work from home arrangement. The network in whole of Umkomaas is down and depressing. Rain will still deduct monthly fee without any conscious. It is time to change service provider. Enough is enough
