No rain just nothing

I joined rain because of their package by getting 2 gig per phone and unlimited wi fi.Sounds good but since joining i can not use or receive calls on my phone. You can only receive calss on wapp. After numerous communications with them and a constant swooping and porting of numbers still no joy. Very bad response and i have heard of numerous people with the same problem and they all have cancelled or want to. I even understood rain does not have a license to offer these services. So dont think twice just stay away and save yourself a lot of frustration!
