No Rain Internet connection in Randburg since Friday

I have not being able to connect to the Internet since Friday the 09/10/2020 even today I still do not have connection. Rain South Africa does not have support that you can reach out to what happened to the life chat????. There are contact numbers on your website to reach-out to your call centre. This is really frustrating and believe that I won't be billed the full instalment amount you will deduct the number of days I was unable to connect.

Can this issue be resolved as soon as possible because we cannot live on recharging data every day if we pay monthly Internet to rain. Rain is really proving right people that against as to how can we trust a new network provider that do not even have a support line that works for 24 hours.
