No rain internet connection for 3 weeks

I want to complain about Rain wifi. Our bill is paid up to date but haven't had a wifi connection since 3rd of November. We phoned numerous times. They simply do not attempt to sort out the connection problem. They say they can see a problem but they simply ignore the problem.
