No Rain in the desert

I have not even received my product only paid the R1 and i am regretting to have even contacting them. I have given my details over the phone. my name and adress which are all wrong when i signed in to my account on the internet. i have tried to change it, but you cant change it. i have phoned them and they still can't change it or get it right. i have phoned the delivery service to try and inform them that my adress is wrong and even they cant help or fix it. The people at the Call centre are completely useless in helping to correct any details. the only thing RAIN has done right is to have my credit card details right. Rain is only interested in taking your money and not giving any service. there is no way of canceling via phone or internet. I will probably not receive the product because they will never find the adres. if it by any change some how do find its way to me i will not be able to receive or rica it because my details are incorrect. I have NO Trust in RAIN and whish to cancel.
