Looks like Rain should have "hellopeter" as their support contact - the only way to get Fatima's attention (the same banal response to all the complaints)! Delivery was quick, invoicing even quicker, but 2 service request emails later & i still have not been able to connect for the first time! going on 10 days now. @peter, you should consider having a 'zero-star' rating - would be useful here
