no Rain here

Woke up this morning - 1 June 2025 - and saw a debit to my account from you guys. Haven't used your service in YEARS. Please reverse the debit and then STAY AWAY from my acct.

5 June 2025 - I logged into my rain account and see that it now shows a debit balance. I received an sms to say that the R590 has been reversed - however - my account has not been credited. What concerns me is that somehow my account has become active again and that the debits will continue - which is not ideal to say the least.

Please can I get my money back and can I get confirmation that this matter has now been permanently resolved.

So, from the looks of it, I was debited for 2 months payments?

Why did this happen? What assurance do I have that you won't debit me again in July?

why haven't you guys emailed me direct?

why is this forum the only way we communicate?

I tried phoning your call center on saturday - I got through to a woman with an american accent who put me on hold and never came back.

Hello, me again, yes, you are correct a refund was processed on 6 June for HALF the amount that was debited.

please may I have the other half.

Hello - I just received a message saying that your attempt to debit my account failed - this is because I don't OWE YOU ANY MONEY, YOU OWE ME.

Today marks a month since this mess started.

I note that you guys are no longer replying to these messages.

What do I have to do to get this situation resolved?

happy friday - I was debited with R590 on 1 June then refunded R 295 on 6 June

There was attempt to debit my credit card begin July - which I blocked

I even got a whatsapp message about the failed debit

if you guys really need the money - then put it towards your Christmas party fund.
