No Rain during loadshedding

I live in the Benoni area and don't have Rain internet access when there is loadshedding!! With my Vodacom ****le, I always have access but unfortunately thats not an uncapped contract. Impossible to get hold of Rain to address this issue. Surely their towers/repeaters must have battery backup??? I am paying for a service that is constantly unavailable, and shall be canceling my account if it is not resolved!
