No Rain coverage but still pay

Called them gave my address and they told me my area is not covered for 5G however offered 4G.

Took the 4G and they made me pay even before they deliver then this prepaid and this was 28 April.... this to me means i have paid for the month of May. thus 28 April to 28 May it give a full 1 month subscription.

The Sim was received, It did not work, tried it for days but got more frustrated. Called them on the 04 May and they said they changing tower sim will connect from to please restart and try connecting again, I did that but got more frustrated...... Actually was sold a product for the area that does not have rain Coverage.

I have the sim that i really am not using, I then decided to cancel because no one is willing to pay for something they can not use.

Cancellation was on the 09th May

Rain confirmed cancellation for this month however to still pass invoice for last debit on the 1st of June.

What will i be paying for? rember this was prepaid sim service.

I paid for the month and i do not require your services anymore, what will you be charging me for at the end of month?

Please do not debit my account @ end of may.

Your service are prepaid, i paid for the current month and post May i do not need your services, You can even disconnect your services now, Please do not debit my account
