NO RAIN

I Have installed RAIN unlimited 5G at my residence for about 4 months now, the average mbps is 4, that is when there is network, RAIN promised over 100mbps. The after sales support is non existant at RAIN, you can send emails only to support, no response. Paying for services that are not being delivered. ***......I thought Telkom was Bad but RAIN is following in that direction.
