No Rain Bandwidth .

Weve been contracted to Rain for a year now, and not had too many problems until this year. The intial sign up was well handled and the sim card delivered expedioutsly, hower the bandwidth at the moment is NON-EXISTANT. We have contracted for a 10MBS unlimited @ R479 per month. However the past week it has been absolutely the poorest of poor. I am presently using my Vodacom Data Provided to place this complaint. One cannot access any service providers/support personnel on the phone, only by internet!!!!!!!! What if your bandwidth is as low as under 1mbs. We are unable to work at this pace ! Its been totally off for 3 days. Comeon Rain where is your service ??????????????? You are happy to take the R479 per month and offer nothing for that ? Is that not ******* in terms of consumer law ?
