No Rain

I have been sending rain emails for the last two weeks now. I don't have internet for two weeks, rain keeps sending one back saying that some one will contact me. But till this point no response are any assistance in fixing my problem. I am shocked and livered that this is the way a big company like Rain.co.za do business. I pay my R530 every month with no delay. They are quick to take tour money,but when you need assistance from them they just don't get back to you.
