No professional answers

My husband has an account with a debit order attached. For the past 8 months the debit order deducted fine. This month the debit order according to their records didn't go off. No answer to the question why it didn't go through i.e. was it a technical error, etc? Just you can pay via eft. No answer to emails or messages.
