No power back up when experiencing loadshedding

With regular loadshedding the Rain signal is lost from the tower and you will sit without internet supply for up to 7.5 hours during Stages 4 and 5 in the Port Elizabeth area. If you need uninterrupted internet supply, consider alternative suppliers with battery back up. All cellphone and fibre suppliers offer this, except Rain.
