No package, no refund.

I have a bad experience with Rain. I have been waiting for funds that were deducted from my account for a package I have not received after requesting to have it cancelled as it was not delivered. I contacted Rain on the day of the deduction(October 2nd or 3rd) and j was advised that the funds would be refunded back to me in 7-10 business days. I waited for w month and I still have not received my money back to my account. I called them last week to follow up, only to be told that they don't see the request on their end yet I have a reference number of that request sent to me via email. They only escalated this matter after a month of waiting! I have waited way to long and I'm not happy with this as I don't use any of their services and the package NEVER arrived.
