No one cares about anything at rain!

It there was a zero star to give, I would be rating Rain with it.

I emailed them on the 30th of May to cancel the subscription due to despicable service, no one got back to me, and the service was not canceled as requested.

Tell me why since May till now nobody has contacted me or canceled the horrible subscription but yet I keep betting billed even with he multiple times I have messaged them that I no longer use their services.

Currently, they sent me an invoice for R1, 222.00 for something that I'm not using. The Leila person keeps saying she has informed support to contact me and has prioritized my ticket but I'm yet to be contacted.

It's either, no human works at Rain, or the people working there are sleeping because what the heck!
