No network Rain

For the 1st 3 months of my subscription rain was working fine with no problems, now there is hardly any network and this has placed me in so much trouble at work because im working from and it seems like im not pulling my weight. I had 3 unpaid days thus far thanks to the lack of connectivity from this company! And to think i recommended it to everyone I know makes me sick! Dont even bother contacting their support you will only get a ref number thats it
