No network or customer service 👎🏽

Rain is just the worst every month I need to pay my full subscription with no internet access…. I’ve made so many requests for them to contact me till today no one has called me coz the 4g sims when I use them on my device I don’t get the network configuration sms so I’m not able to do anything with them now the 5g doesn’t have coverage and no one is getting back to me to assist but come month end I’m expected to pay full subscription though I’m not able to use the network….. how pathetic can your service be though?
