No network or customer service

Do not waits your time, money or energy on this business. There is no customer service. We have no connection since last week Wednesday, nobody can tell me why or what is going on. I was told 5 days ago a technician will be in contact? When I call for an update I get told the same story or get put on hold with nobody coming back to me. Shocking! Quick to take your money but not so quick to give you the service you have paid for.
