No Network on the router for 3 weeks.

Our household has been struggling with network for past 3 weeks, Multiple calls made, tickets logged but no response from their contact center, they dont even respond to calls. Their AI Chatbot provide nothing tengable to resolve issues we facing. This has negatively affected my work. What is the use of paying R625 from my account yet have to resort to buying data daily. This is a clear indication of poor service excellence to us as clients
