No network on router

Good day

Wifi in Horizon view off since this afternoon no feedback or why it is off and we working from home can someone advise or give update

Good day this issue is going on since Tuesday and when I called this morning they advised I am connected to the 5G tower now it is a different story rain is making there customers stupid as this is the 3rd day and we working from home

Good evening Rain I have been logging calls since Monday the 4th and to date my wifi is still on and off and now it is not working at all . We keep being told either we are on the 5g or 4g or there is something wrong with the tower in our area. We pay every month on time we work from hence the reason we have wifi no one can assist me probably

rain does not care about it's customers at all how long does it take to repare a tower
