No Network - No Customer care service

I have had Rain since the day they lunged and in the last 6 months I have no idea what happened to their customer care service as it does not exist any more.

This is my home router and this morning I received a call from Rain that they now have tie to help. During working hours, seriously. What happened to calling me Saturday or Sunday when I logged my call?

I am seriously thinking of moving to a different network provider as this can not cary on like this
