No Network- no attemt to fix problem

This is the worst company to deal with. Looking at the reviews and social media we are clearly not the only ones thats unhappy. We have NO network for days. The call centre REFUSE to give time frame or connect us with a supervisor. They only tell us the 5g tower is off and no one knows when it will be on. This might take weeks. Yet they on time without hesitation take their payment. They promise to get back to us and NO ONE does we need to follow up the whole time. We cannot work without internet. Tonight all of a sudden after using and paying for 5g for more than a year we now apparently do not stay in a 5g area. On their website the 5g coverage stretches far beyond our house. How did we use 5g then this past year? Stay away from this company your network will be more off than on. And yes this happened various times since November.
