No Network issues - Worst service EVER!!!!
I have been with Rain for the past 8 months and I am now seriously looking at alternatives. I have written to them on many occasion and my issue is still not resolved. I have very poor network reception despite my area showing sufficient coverage on their site coverage map. Lately I was told that the tower that Im supposedly using has an issue and it would take up to 7 days to resolve. Its way past the 7 days and the help is nor coming, communication from Rain is also not forthcoming, but they deduct premiums on a monthly basis. I would strongly suggest to anyone NOT to consider Rain as a reliable service provider. I'm supposed to be working from home and I cannot now because of RAIN issues.

It has been over 24hrs now and no one has called me. The service has degraded so much that I'm now officially unable to get any work done. My premiums are taken but I don't have the service that I have paid for still.
I need this sorted ASAP or my money refunded because I cannot possibly continue with RAIN if this is the service I'm paying for. It's been a tough 8 months and I have been patient with you guys, but now I need you to deliver or refund me.
