No network in a place that supposedly has 4g access in the rain coverage map.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing the simcard. The network was great for the first month then all of a sudden I couldn't get internet access. The network bar is always on one and wont even do simple things like WhatsApp. I contacted the team and they said they'd be incontact shortly but it's been three days now and no one has been in touch. There is no way of phone calling them which I suppose is convenient for them. I thought rain offered a great deal and now I believe it's a little too good to be true. I will be switching networks now because as a student during the pandemic without contact time, I absolutely can not afford to be battling with the lack of internet access.
